Berlin - Ecke Schönhauser plot
Sharply drawn portrait of East Berlin youth in the mid-1950s. Dieter and his friend Kohle try to find a place for themselves in the world, but find their lives limited by a narrow-minded socialist morality. Director Gerhard Klein shows Dieter as a youthful delinquent and paints a gritty realistic portrait of life in the capital of the GDR.
