Akatanikitoi Erastes plot

Twelve-year-old Vasilis escapes from the orphanage and travels to his hometown, Tripolis. Wandering through the mountains of Arcadia, he meets a girl. They befriend and spend the summer together, until Vasilis returns to his grandmother's house. He finds the house abandoned and in ruins. The girl disappears and Vasilis continues on his way to Tripolis, doing all kinds of chores along the way to survive.
