The beautiful TWA flight attendant Kitty King falls in love with the rather reckless stunt pilot Ted Hunter. She marries Ted despite not really condoning his lifestyle. Kitty agrees to help Ted build a new kind of plane in Albuquerque. But when she arrives, she finds a drunken Ted, who is in the company of the three times divorced Sylvia Carleton. Stunned, Kitty takes the train back, but what she doesn't know is that it is heading for a broken bridge...
