Aien Kyo plot

Ofumi is a maid at an inn in northern Japan. She becomes pregnant by Kenkichi, the innkeeper's son, and fearing for his parents, the two flee to Tokyo. There, Kenkichi soon abandons Ofumi and is forced to go into prostitution in order to continue to care for her baby.
