Afgrunden plot

The story is set in the large apartment of the old actress Asta Nielsen in Frederiksberg in 1964. The young filmmaker Lars Schmidt is surprised that he was given permission to start shooting images for his portrait film about this world star. Because other than the diva's own superficial memoir about her career titled "The Tenth Muse," no one has ever gotten any insight into this star's life. But what do we know about her personal life? Who was she? How was her life? And her loves?
