Adam plot

Windows are opened wide and Adam's mother's music echoes across the courtyard of Berlin. The heavy bass makes him feel connected to her. She is ill and hospitalized with irreversible brain damage from alcohol abuse, doctors said. Adam is left to his own devices. He manages to forge connections with the outside world, falls in love and goes in search of his father. With every step he is haunted by his mother's desire to be put out of her misery, should she no longer be able to take care of herself. Adam handles this in his own laconic way.
