A Village Affair plot

"An English village provides the severest test of 'love thy neighbor'..."

Alice is a young mother who dreams of a house in the English countryside with her husband Martin, who is a lawyer. Martin has a crush on neighbor Clodagh, but Clodagh is only interested in Alice, with whom she becomes very close. When Martin's brother reveals the relationship between Alice and Clodagh, everyone is thrown into turmoil.
