A Via Láctea plot

Heitor and Julia have been engaged for a while. One evening they have a raging argument on the phone. Completely upset, Heitor gets into his car and drives to Julia's house. But in the evening rush hour he only moves forward at a walking pace. The long traffic jams, the traffic lights, the pedestrians, the homeless, the urban neon landscape, all of Sao Paolo seems to participate in Heitor's painful brooding.
