A Rising Tide plot

"After the flood, hope rises."

Sam Rama is a young chef who works in his family's successful restaurant. However, Hurricane Sandy completely destroys the restaurant. Sam enlists the help of wealthy Tom Blake and falls in love with Sarah, a recently divorced woman. All three have to deal with a series of unexpected events.
