A Dream for Christmas plot

"A heartwarming story of family, love and..."

An African-American clergyman, the Rev. Will Douglas (Hari Rhodes), and his large family move from their Arkansas home to Los Angeles in the 1950s. Douglas is hired to lead the congregation of a neighborhood church. But when the family finally arrives, they discover that the church is in great disrepair and is slated to be demolished. Douglas, his wife Sarah (Lynn Hamilton), Grandma (Beah Richards) and the kids must come together when various hardships turn their household upside down.
