40 Kachal plot

Asghar, his sister Roja and their grandmother take care of Asghar's ailing father. This one fell ill due to a gas attack during the Iraq war. Then the buckets of water continue to rain and a bridge is flooded, so that they can no longer get an oxygen bottle for father. Grandma tells a story that the rain will stop when they can find forty bald men and hang their names on a list on a tree. A search begins.
