14, Fabian Road plot

Camila Ponte, a writer of Argentine origin, is on an exhaustive promotional tour for her first novel, which is a huge success. A mysterious woman, Vega Galindo, approaches her after a long boring press conference and leads her to a strange building, a hotel built over an old monastery of Franciscan monks. What follows is the story of a kidnapping for which neither ransom is demanded, nor a release date given, and which the victim appears to agree to. Camila soon discovers that Vega is not who she appears to be. A complex relationship develops between the two women, ranging from suspicion and mistrust, love and hate, to violence and tenderness.
