Verbannen naar Beilen plot

In Beilen, close to the railway, the new closed clinic Sustainable Stay has been built. Nuisance and homeless addicts from the Randstad with a psychiatric background are admitted here with a judicial authorization until they are able to participate in daily life again. Their history and behavior often present their care providers with insurmountable dilemmas. Frans, Benji and Wilma are the main characters in this documentary. Behind the fenced walls, a holiday park-like environment has been created, where care providers provide tailor-made care. Sometimes they go shopping with them in Beilen. Frans is an eloquent Rotterdammer who will not be fooled and tries to go his own way. Benji doesn't get out of bed, his blankets pulled over his head. The tinkering with his moped has stopped. The shy Wilma still gets a visit from her family.
