Tussen de Schijnwerpers plot

Filmmaker Anne van Helvoort follows the lives of the support staff of the Maastricht Theater Academy. Their work stands in stark contrast to the world of glitter and glamor with which the theater students are associated. As down-to-earth service providers in South Limburg, it is often difficult for them to survive at the academy, where an individualistic culture prevails and attention is always focused on the students.
