The Task plot

Thirty volunteers, three psychologists, three observers, six cameramen and one director participate for four days in a conference that consists of a number of sessions in which the mutual relationships between the people are brought into sharp focus. Gender, ethnicity, social differences and associated prejudices are painfully exposed. But what is the actual 'task' of this group?
