The New 8-bit Heroes plot

While visiting his childhood home, filmmaker Joe Granato discovers Forgotten Illustrations - concepts he and his friends created in 1988 for a video game for the original 8-bit Nintendo Entertainment system. What begins as a curious project about creating a new game for the archaic NES becomes a journey of self-discovery exploring the value of the aspirations of our childhood.
