Rêve Kakudji plot

As a little boy in the slums of Lubumbashi, Serge Kakudji dreamed of becoming an opera singer. He moved to Europe, determined to make his dream come true and ended up in the 'white' elite world of classical music. Although Serge's artistic ambition is very pure and clear, the reactions of his environment and the public are often ambiguous and complicated. Some respect and recognize his artistic vocation, others see in him above all an exotic rarity.
