Punk in Africa plot

'Punk in Africa' tells about the history of punk in South Africa and how it spread to Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Kenya and played a role in the political struggle there. The most important bands and the legendary places where they played are covered, as well as the evolution of punk music and its influence on modern South African bands. In the wings of the many noisy concerts, the documentary tells an alternative and for many unknown history of South Africa in the last forty years.
