Povratak Mrtvog Covjeka plot

Overnight, Bosnian Himzo Muratovic returned from the dead. After a twelve-year absence, the Bosnian who had been thought to be dead was suddenly back at home in his native village. During the war, this Muslim village, located in the Serb part of Bosnia-Herzegovina, was burned to the ground by Serb paramilitaries. He had never given any sign of life. Soon, however, people start asking questions. In “Dead Man Walking” neighbors, ex-employers, the family and villagers talk about the mystery of the return of their fellow villager. The film slowly unravels a story that is as sad as it is happy.
