"There are two hundred miles of impassable mountains to cross. There are no towns, no roads, no bridges. There is no turning back."
Documentary about the Bakthiari move; one of the most dangerous mass migrations known to mankind. Every year, 500,000 men, women and children travel with about a million of their animals in eight weeks over the Zagros mountains in Afghanistan. They brave high altitudes, icy rivers and many miles to get to their summer abode.
