Mr Gay Syria plot

Husein is a 24-year-old man of Syrian descent. As a refugee, he is waiting in Istanbul for a possible relocation somewhere in Europe. He is married, has a young daughter and carries a big secret: his homosexuality. He has to keep his sexual preference a secret from his conservative family, but he can be who he is with his friends in Istanbul's tight-knit gay community. To spread the word about homosexuality among Syrians, he decides to participate in the election for Mr. Gay Syria.
