Men in the Arena plot

This documentary follows two Somali friends from the national football team. They fight for their dream, against all odds. After surviving 20 years of war, Saadiq (17) and Sa'ad (19), the country's most promising football players, compete in the only televised match of the year. They hope there will be scouts whose attention they want to arouse. Football may be their only way out of the terror and poverty-tormented country.
