Mekong, Paraná plot

This documentary tells the story of Som Souvannalath and Phengta Ingthavong, who fled war-torn Laos in 1979. They spent two years in a refugee camp in Thailand, before a bureaucratic error accidentally landed them in a small town in Santa Fe, Argentina.
