Lightning over Braddock: A Rustbowl Fantasy plot

A chronicle of the decline in Braddock, a small Pennsylvania town that once thrived as "Pittburgh's shopping center." A light hearted document about the fear and activism that accompanied the failure of the region's steel industry. Meanwhile, director Tony Buba tries unsuccessfully to make a movie with a crazy hustler from the street named Sal. He sees himself as the source of Buba's (modest) success.
