"An SOS from across the world"
When an Oregon resident discovers a Chinese political prisoner's call for help in a package of Halloween decorations, it sparks a series of events that reveal the horrific human rights violations at Masanjia labor camp - a symbol of China's totalitarian regime. Meanwhile, Sun Yi, the letter's author and member of a clandestine network of Chinese journalists and dissidents, continues his struggle to testify to his story. Nothing can stop him in his quest for justice.
