La Vallée du Sel plot

When young Egyptian filmmaker Christophe Magdy Saber first returns to his parents in Cairo after the Egyptian revolution, he finds himself in a country in political turmoil. During the unrest, under President Morsi, Christians are outlawed. Christoph's Christian parents, Egyptian Magdy Saber and Swiss Annelise Saber, are terrorized and threatened with death by text message from fanatical Muslims. Despite all the threats, his parents decide to stay in the country and continue their missionary work.
