La Manche sur un Coussin d'Air plot

Between 1966 and 2000, Boulogne-sur-Mer and Calais were the destination and departure point for strange air-cushion vehicles. These futuristic ships connected the French coast to the British coast in less than 25 minutes. They carried thousands of passengers every year, long before the Channel Tunnel was built. This documentary is a retrospective of this adventure.
