Ken Ha'Mefakedet plot

Registration of the events in a military training camp for Israeli boys with a criminal background. What is special about the program is that the army officers are all women. They give orders to the recalcitrant and rebellious boys and force them to do more push-ups if they don't do as they are told. The guys aren't used to taking orders -- especially from young, good-looking women. The interaction between the women and the boys certainly has good sides; the feminine touch is just what some people need to open up a bit more. But the downside, sexual harassment of the women, is also there. At the end everything seems to be going well with the boys, but the question remains to what extent this is partly due to the special training program.
