Jäger des Augenblicks plot

The Roraima Table Mountain in the border region of Brazil, Venezuela and Guyana is world famous. At the end of February 2010, super climber Stefan Glowacz and his longtime partners, Kurt Albert and Holger Heuber, are setting up an expedition to the top of the mountain. Even the road to the mountain is a cruel trial; first they have to cross rivers by boat, then unaided through the jungle. It rains steadily, with temperatures above 40 degrees and the humidity is so high that one can hardly breathe. Arriving at the foot of the actual mountain, the reckless adventure has to be stopped again. Just nine months later, in November 2010, the expedition will start again. But now Stefan and Holger are alone, because Kurt can't accompany them.
