I Will Not Be Silenced plot

In 2006, Australian Charlotte Campbell Stephen was raped by multiple robbers during a violent robbery in Kenya. Through her work in the slums of Nairobi, she discovered that many women experience sexual violence, a subject that is little talked about and that is surrounded by shame and fear. The rapists are rarely punished. Charlotte plans to change that, with her own business as a driver. But while the police detective is behind her and the perpetrators are already in custody, the Kenyan justice system appears to be working against her.
