Hong Kong, Génération Rétrocession plot

Hong Kong was handed over to China by the United Kingdom in 1997. This so-called 'Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China' has since had a form of self-government, according to the principle of 'One country, two systems'. This means that until 2047, Hong Kong will not be subject to the same laws as China, and the island nation will have a different political and economic system. However, the current generation of Hong Kong people in their twenties thinks this is not enough and demands, among other things, that China introduce universal suffrage.
