A fantastic film about a brilliant (in my view one of the most brilliant films ever) film.

some say the documentary is better than the movie itself, i wouldn't go that far.

it is as far as i can see the most brilliant documentary about a movie ever.

Unbelievable how much setback Coppela has had, and also the enormous courage to invest so much.

I thought the tiger part was very telling, (those caretakers with all those scars and then don't feed him for a week.

also the scene that has impressed many, with martin sheen and the mirror fist.

become even more intriguing after seeing this documentary.

seems needless to say, but I do it anyway, if you want to know how an extremely good film is made, and especially if you have been WATCHING apocalypse high.

Very special to see how Coppola actually went completely crazy in the jungles of Vietnam. Nowadays everything would be put together with CGI but this was still the real deal. The real art. But that man was spouting lyrics that would scare you. He really went crazy. The whole crew by the way. And maybe I'm speaking too fast now, but after seeing this documentary I have the idea that Marlon Brando is a terribly arrogant jerk. A good actor, but also a brute.
