The film consists of 124 short sketches, each from half a minute to about two minutes long. Portraits of people the director has spent time with, places visited, the seasons of the year he followed, just like the weather with the storms, snow, winter storms. He also went to the streets and parks of New York, where he looked at nature and the city.
