Gurei Zoun No Naka plot

After the nuclear meltdown, all residents within a 20-kilometer radius of the damaged nuclear power plant in Fukishima were evacuated. Ian Thomas Ash studied what happened to those who lived 20-30 kilometers away from the nuclear power plant, especially children, who are most sensitive to the effects of radiation exposure. Ash manages to get people talking about whether or not to evacuate, such as a school principal, politicians, parents and officials. Would it be better for them to evacuate the children, as some experts recommend, or should they stay, as school and government demand?
