Farming the Revolution plot

In the Indian region of Punjab, the population is rising up en masse in the Covid year 2020 against new agricultural laws that will severely affect the livelihoods of millions of farmers and agricultural workers. Nearly half a million people surrounded the capital Delhi for more than a year. The report of the demonstrations, with poetic speeches and openly politically charged songs, is interspersed with visits to the countryside in which the daily lives of the farmers and workers are portrayed.
