Familie Haben plot

Everyone has family somewhere. But consanguinity doesn't mean you have to go through thick and thin for each other in every situation. Jonas Rothlaender's family has been in turmoil for a long time. To find the origin of the conflict, the director begins to dig into his family's past and finds something spectacular: his grandfather Günther once squandered horribly large sums in a reckless stock market speculation, money that also came from the assets of his wife Anne. .
