Eu Sou o Rio plot

Tantão is a visual performer, painter and musician from São Gonçalo, across the bay from Rio de Janeiro. Trained for the classical violin, he worked as a technical draftsman in the shipyards and became a subculture pop star as the keyboard player for Brazilian underground sensation Black Future. This band's 1988 single "Eu Sou o Rio" is considered the city's anti-national anthem. The group soon broke up and Tantão has since enjoyed a varied career in art and as a solo musician...
