Heynowski and Scheumann traveled to Chile to report on how the Chilean oligarchy has stripped Salvador Allende of power and the atmosphere that prevails there. The result is an analysis of the bankruptcy of a democracy. Discussions with the spokesmen of the 'CODE', the CIA, the Western European people's parties, neo-Nazi youth groups and the middle class are discussed.
