Diz a Ela Que Me Viu Chorar plot

Downtown Sao Paulo, Brazil. An apartment building: 7 floors, 28 rooms, 107 residents who all share the addiction to crack. Over the course of several months, the life of this group in this social housing environment is followed, which is part of a "damage reduction" program set up from the town hall. This program is about to be discontinued. Residents are on a hallucinatory hunt full of debauchery, fighting passionately for their lives. The camera films them day and night, following them through corridors and rooms, and into elevators and stairs. Anything can happen in this claustrophobic place.
