Dead Sea Guardians plot

The Dead Sea, wedged between Jordan, Israel and the West Bank, is the lowest and saltiest lake in the world. But the lake is not doing well, as it continues to dry up, while the water itself contains high concentrations of toxins. Not nature but man is largely responsible for this environmental disaster. Due to the ongoing explosive situation in the region, the chance of improvement is virtually zero. A Jordanian, an Israeli and a Palestinian join forces to draw attention to the problem with their organisation EcoPeace. They decide to swim across the lake, risking their own lives.
