Crazywise plot

Human rights photographer Phil Borges has seen during his travels how indigenous cultures worldwide view the symptoms of psychosis as a shamanic potential. Back in the US, Phil follows two young Americans who have been diagnosed with a mental disorder. Adam (27) suffers devastating side effects from drugs before indulging in meditation. Ekhaya (32) survives multiple suicide attempts before starting her spiritual training, after which she is even named a traditional South African healer.
