Copwatch plot
Documentary about so-called 'cop watchers'. These are 'ordinary' people who closely follow the working methods of agents in practice. Armed with movie equipment. This in the hope of preventing or portraying crimes committed by the police. What they do is completely legal and they document every arrest with video and audio. Often, however, they themselves are victims of the accompanying chaos.
