Christiania plot

A personal portrait of one of the most famous free spaces in the world: Christiania in Copenhagen. The maker of this documentary is Karl Friis Forchhammer—he was born there. He recounts how the social experiment of self-management was established according to anarchist principles. A utopian project that, unfortunately, also ran into many problems, such as incidents of violence and drug trafficking. Despite everything, it still exists after fifty years.
