Born in the USSR: 21 Up plot

In 1990, Sergei Miroshnichenko made Age 7 in the USSR, followed seven years later by Born in the USSR: 14UP, which won him an Emmy Award. The series, in which young people born in the Soviet Union are portrayed every seven years, will now be continued with 21UP. The 21-year-olds no longer live in their native country, but in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Israel or even the United States. The interviews are interspersed with outdoor shots in their immediate surroundings and with fragments from the earlier episodes.
