Borderlands plot

One of the biggest obstacles to Brexit is Europe's new border with the United Kingdom: the one between Northern Ireland and Ireland. After decades in which Catholic and Protestant paramilitaries caused a spiral of violence, a time of fragile peace began. 24-year-old Northern Irish documentary filmmaker Oisin Kearney grew up in Warrenpoint, a town on the border between Northern Ireland and Ireland. With the threat of a new hard border from Brexit, there is fear of a return of violence.
