Blaise Cendrars, comme un Roman plot

Blaise Cendrars was born in 1887 as Frédéric-Louis Sauser in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Cendrars was an adventurer at heart from a young age: he left the parental home at the age of 15 and then traveled the world. His journey around the world was the source of inspiration for his first important work: 'Prose du Transsibérien et de la Petite Jeanne de France'. His burgeoning writing career was abruptly interrupted when World War I broke out, and he was sent to the Somme front as part of the French Foreign Legion.
