A Walk in the Park plot

A Walk in the Park is - to use the words of protagonist Brian Fass - 'a science fiction film, a psychedelic journey back to the womb'. Cinematically speaking, this documentary-style journey is about progress from non-fiction to fiction and back again dizzyingly, dazzlingly. It is an ironic biopsy of truth, depression, addiction, family relationships, ambition, retribution, violence and poetry. The image is reminiscent of the closed system mysteries of the mind, the wormhole logic, language and behavior as a kind of Rorschachiana puzzle, a dizzying descent into the abyss of self-consciousness. The film aims to redefine the 'documentary' genre.
