Volevo i Pantaloni plot

A Sicilian girl is caught between the hypocritical bigotry of a hamlet and the oppression of her parents. A school friend with wealthy parents wrests her from her milieu and takes her to a party where she meets a young man. When they kiss, they are discovered and it sparks a scandal, resulting in her being humiliated and denied entry to the school. She moves in with an aunt and uncle, who try to assault her afterwards.
