Lawyer Ambrosoli is ordered to declare bankruptcy the private bank of a certain Michele Sindona. To this end, he has to work together with police inspector Novembre and it turns out that it is not for nothing. All kinds of problems appear to arise that develop to mafia and political level and Ambrosoli has to deal with blackmail and murder .
