"The Nightmare Was Over... Or Had It Just Begun!"
Los Angeles. Cooper (Jason Miller) has been called the "key man" because he owns several warehouses where criminals hide their business, and the jingle of his huge bunch of keys is heard daily in the street. He is about to buy a new complex, but still has to make a deal with some corrupt people from the police and city hall. The top man of the crime syndicate with whom he does so much business also has an interest in whether or not this deal succeeds. Over the course of a few days it gets more and more exciting and confusing: does he get what he wants, or are the days of this old hand in the business already numbered...?
